[dbSNP] Merged SNPs archive

dbSNP ではバージョンアップの際にrs numberの融合が頻繁に起きており、古いSNP numberが最新版では消えているという悲しい現象がある。

今回、rs number融合の歴史（アーカイブ）をやっと見つけたので、紹介する。
